About
I'm Ida, from Sweden, but I moved to Barcelona in 2022. I started skating during covid and enjoyed it from the first run.
In 2023, I created Powerslida, and it has already given me more than I ever expected. Through it, I’ve met incredible people, participated in exhibitions and fundraisers, and started re-selling my straps in stores across Spain, Sweden, and Germany.
I'm enjoying seeing it grow, and I’m excited to see where it takes me next!

Being political has always been essential to me, and I believe it’s present in every space—it’s something we need to talk about. One of my goals with Powerslida is to bring more political awareness into the skate culture.
I create straps in the colors of countries in need and donate 100% of the proceeds. I’ve also contributed to fundraisers with crocheted flags as well as straps. I believe it’s important to take action against injustice, and I’m grateful that Powerslida has grown into something meaningful.
